Why are My Coins Frozen in CoinEx

Unexecuted orders will freeze the corresponding assets, and when there are unexecuted orders, the available balance will be less than the actual balance in your account. You can check it in [Current Order].
For example, if there are 5 BCH in your account balance, but 1 BCH selling order is placed on the BCH/BTC trading pair and it is not executed. At that time, there is 1 frozen BCH in your account. So, the available balance is 4 BCH, which is less than the actual balance of the wallet.
 

How to check my unexecuted orders?

1. Go to CoinEx website www.coinex.com, sign in to your account, and click [Orders] in the dropdown menu of [Spot Orders] in the top-right corner.


2. On the page of [Current Orders], select the type to check your orders. If you need to cancel the current orders, click [Cancel].
